Creative Designer

Reckon you could bring our aesthetic game to the next level? We want someone who can bring their A+ graphic / branding design game on and take Charity Tap's visuals into a new dimension!
Charity Tap wants designers who can take the "why" of what we do and channel it through creative mediums that will get the attention of literally everyone. Whether it's through videos, graphics, or even a creative event, we want designers who can catch upcoming trends and find ways to keep Charity Tap up to date.
Responsibilities:
- Produce marketing content for all major social media platforms.
- Manage Charity Tap's brand image and find creative ways to expand its reach.
- Develop content development strategies for marketing.
- Track, measure, and evaluate material performance and find optimised methods for customer engagement.
Requirements:
- You need to have a flair for design and an interest in the way things look.
- Able to communicate your ideas and creative direction.
- Able to deal with tight deadlines and work proactively.
- Some experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Familiar with all active social media platforms and have an understanding of their design requirements.
- A portfolio with at least five examples of previous work.
Extras:
- Photography and videography skills are a plus!
- Bonus experience includes currently completing / have completed an undergraduate in Design or a relevant field.
