Have a knack for building relationships? We need someone who can talk their way into anything (and we mean anything!). Bars are our biggest supporters and we're looking for someone who can be the face of Charity Tap.

Social Media Guru

What We're looking for: 

We want people to hear about Charity Tap so it can grow. So we’re on the lookout for someone with grand plans on how to increase Charity Tap’s reach and exposure. First across Melbourne. Then Australia. Then the entire planet. Then maybe Mars if you’re real good.

Because it's still in it's infancy, Charity Tap needs people who can work closely with the directors but also autonomously, using initiative to find new ways to grow the brand image. They should also be familiar with all major social media platforms and hopefully have had some experience curating content for them! 

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage our social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other additional channels that are relevant.
• Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g. Facebook events, social campaigns etc.).
• Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

Requirements:

• Some experience with content creation on all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.).
• Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.

Extras:

• Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation, inbound marketing, and blogging.
• Past experience in marketing / brand management is a plus! 

Creative Designer

what we're looking for: 

Reckon you could bring our aesthetic game to the next level? We want someone who can bring their A+ graphic / branding design game on and take Charity Tap's visuals into a new dimension! 

Charity Tap wants designers who can take the "why" of what we do and channel it through creative mediums that will get the attention of literally everyone. Whether it's through videos, graphics, or even a creative event, we want designers who can catch upcoming trends and find ways to keep Charity Tap up to date. 

Responsibilities:

• Produce marketing content for all major social media platforms.
• Manage Charity Tap's brand image and find creative ways to expand its reach.
• Develop content development strategies for marketing.
• Track, measure, and evaluate material performance and find optimised methods for customer engagement.  

Requirements:

• You need to have a flair for design and an interest in the way things look.
• Able to communicate your ideas and creative direction.
• Able to deal with tight deadlines and work proactively. 
• Some experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Familiar with all active social media platforms and have an understanding of their design requirements. 
• A portfolio with at least five examples of previous work. 

Extras:

• Photography and videography skills are a plus! 
• Bonus experience includes currently completing / have completed an undergraduate in Design or a relevant field.

Resident Melbourne Hipster (Bar Relations)

what we're looking for: 

If you know all the coolest hangouts in Melbourne and love being a friendly person, then this is the role for you! 

Charity Tap are looking for someone to keep all our bars happy by visiting often, asking bar staff and owners how the program is going, and relaying this information back to headquarters. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers.

• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
• Identify key individuals in various communities to cultivate profitable relationships.
• Approach potential customers to establish relationships.
• Develop solid knowledge of the industry. 

requirements:

• Teamwork and effective communication skills.
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
• Ability to track, measure and analyse bar contributions and overall Charity Tap performance.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to make informative decisions.

extras: 

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices is a plus! 
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not necessary.
