what we're looking for: 

If you know all the coolest hangouts in Melbourne and love being a friendly person, then this is the role for you! 

Charity Tap are looking for someone to keep all our bars happy by visiting often, asking bar staff and owners how the program is going, and relaying this information back to headquarters. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers.

responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
  • Identify key individuals in various communities to cultivate profitable relationships.
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships.
  • Develop solid knowledge of the industry. 

requirements:

  • Teamwork and effective communication skills.
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
  • Ability to track, measure and analyse bar contributions and overall Charity Tap performance.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to make informative decisions.

extras: 

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices is a plus! 
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not necessary.
