Social Media Guru
What We're looking for:
We want people to hear about Charity Tap so it can grow. So we’re on the lookout for someone with grand plans on how to increase Charity Tap’s reach and exposure. First across Melbourne. Then Australia. Then the entire planet. Then maybe Mars if you’re real good.
Because it's still in it's infancy, Charity Tap needs people who can work closely with the directors but also autonomously, using initiative to find new ways to grow the brand image. They should also be familiar with all major social media platforms and hopefully have had some experience curating content for them!
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage our social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other additional channels that are relevant.
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g. Facebook events, social campaigns etc.).
- Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
Requirements:
- Some experience with content creation on all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.).
- Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
Extras:
- Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation, inbound marketing, and blogging.
- Past experience in marketing / brand management is a plus!
